Refund policy

 

We hope you are delighted with your K Novinger Jewelry purchase. If you are not happy with any item you have purchased online, you may return it to us within 7 days of the delivery.  The item must be shipped to us in unworn, pristine condition in the original packaging and prepaid via insured mail. We will credit you for the amount of the item minus the shipping charges. Please call or email us for a Return Authorization form before shipping your item back to us. This will ensure all proper procedures are met.

Please include all of your contact information inside of the package along with the jewelry. We cannot process returns without customer information enclosed. We also like to know why you are returning it, so write us a little note if you can!

We will process returns within 1-2 days upon receiving and you will receive email confirmation. Keep in mind that, depending on the billing cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account.

Special Orders are not returnable or exchangeable.  Nor can you cancel your special order after the 48 hour initial order.
